SUMMARY:Channukah Let's Move Family Challenge @ Home
DESCRIPTION:Join Larger Than Life Canada for the “LET’S MOVE FAMILY CHALLENGE @ HOME” during the 8 days of Channukah 2020.  Click here to donate or create your own personal team page. \nEach Canadian family team will be raising funds to honour Larger Than Life Families in Israel whose children are battling cancer. Between December 10th-17th teams and individuals can walk\, run\, indoor cycle\, practice yoga\, or any activity that gets you moving in order to raise funds for these children in need. Encourage your friends\, family and coworkers to support your Let’s Move Family Challenge @ Home by making their donations on your team page. Prizes will be awarded for the top fundraising team and top fundraiser. On the final night of Channukah each family team will have the opportunity to light the candles with the Larger Than Life Israeli families and share in the miracle of hope and light on a group virtual call. \nEvery year\, hundreds of children are diagnosed with cancer. In their greatest time of need\, Larger Than Life\, a non-profit organization\, annually helps provide 1500 families affected by childhood cancer with emotional\, logistical\, medical and recreational support from diagnosis to recovery. \nAs this second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic continues\, our families are in great need of assistance. Proceeds from our Channukah Let’s Move Family Challenge @ Home will provide sick children with basic humanitarian and medical needs to keep them safe and ensure their recovery.
